Thats interesting that it says 10-22 and has the charging handle and bolt block of a 10-22, but all of the body is Ruger American rimfire components. you really had me looking close at that with a big HUUU. LOL

Geez after checking again 1500 might actually have been a good deal. Guess the chances of me owning one are going down and down lol. Im just not willing to pay that kind of money for that gun.

O i still go for new stuff from time to time. But those are more just for fun or to fill a need. Im not into collecting glocks for example :)

I cant stand when people tell me its scary that you can own guns. Its like they are living in some fantasy land. Most of them have never even seen or been around them ever. IDK, maybe its because I grew up around them and learned to respect them at a young age. But, I get so frustrated when when an anti gun person says something like that and they have zero experience with them. They all think people with guns are like those in action movies. Like we're all crazy mad men that all have full autos and just want to shoot everything.

Very frustrated today after coming home from a fun day at the range only to get talked down to by someone with there head up their ass.

My sister-in-law (55) which is a senior engineer at a big company was over for Father's Day and My Wife's nephew (14) wanted to shoot my 17 HMR and when I brought it out into the back yard she ran (and I mean ran) from the backyard frantically to the front yard in complete whore and fair. How someone can be so educated and so ignorant at the same time completely baffles me, it was like watching a 13-year-old girl have a tantrum.

I guess the moral to that story is, I knew she was a diehard Democrat, Hillary supporter to the core but I didn't think I would ever see a grown ass adult act so immaturely about a situation, it's not like it was a surprise, I own a gun range and it's on my property, lol

I think you're right. I don't want to call them cowards, but they seem to fear what they don't understand. It baffles me how they think gun free zones are going to someone protect them. We can't even protect our children. If teachers were armed, you think someone would walk in shooting?

    Wish I had one, lucky!

It sucks because I have a lot of liberal views, but the 2nd Ammendment I feel very strong about, and feel it's our right and should in no way be altered. I don't even know who to support anymore politically. Lately I really have liked the Libertarians. I think they have the right idea in a lot of ways, but politics discuss me right now. Seems both sides are chipping away at our rights in all directions.

My cousin has yet to speak to me in 8 going on 9 years now as he was a diehard Obama fan and I sent him an email in 2008 explaining my disgust with O that he sent me back and email saying fuck you!

It sucks when stuff happens like that. Family is all you got. I pretty much choose to never talk politics with my family anymore.
