Alabama thread!

They have started setting people up on the North side of Huntsville. There are supposed to be 6 sections and as they complete each one, they will start hooking people up. I can't wait for them to come down to southeast Huntsville.

 

Supposedly Google and at&t are very similar in performance up to the gig profile. Google apparently has a modem capable of pushing the 940/940 cap over Wi-Fi. And their gig service will be much more stable. That's what I've heard anyway.

 

I own a DOCSIS 3 modem or whatever it is from when I had knology and then Comcast. Do you know if google uses the same protocol? I wish my place had ATT so I could get my employee bit but google will have to do.

 

What do you do for at&t?

 

And I honestly have no idea what type of modems they use.

 

I've never had an at&t modem last over a week

Uverse? There are broadband service light on both types of service.
