North, we hit went to Sunset but it was crowded so we drove up to Malibu Pier and hung out there for a bit before the wind picked up.

Yep! Each piece was marked down $100 or so, plus I had a 10% off coupon I used too! Drove 45 minutes to a store that had some still in boxes and not just the floor model left.

Decided to do some solo off-roading after a bunch of rain. Some of it was fun, some was a little sketchy. Hard to tell but the mud on the bumper and tail light is from some contact sliding off a muddy road into a small gully. 4wd got me out but I need maxtrax sooner than later lol. The clay around here is slicker than ice, should have known better :anonymous:

Micro-mod of the day - repositioning my smartphone mounting point to the A-Pillar, from the radio center stack. Using RAM mount components, including a 1" ball studded through the A-Pillar handle bolt point. Very short cable run down to USB charge point, in left-hand dash.

Yep. That was the one. I outgrew my old Craftsman years ago. Saw that one on display a couple of weeks ago. Told my wife what a good deal it was. She scoffed at it. Then a day later said get it. But shit...it wasn't worth the drama. :(

Can help but notice that you are in Tucson AZ, and seeing how trash cans are melting in the streets, my guess is an AC unit.

Spent an excruciating 10 minutes installing my new @Matt123 Bullet Proof Fab skid & recovery loop. These things are beef! And flawless powder coating! :bananadance:

Now I need to find a suitable pole and flag. I have a few American flags buy those are special. One was flown over Afghanistan on a WB57 on 9/11 2013 and the other was flown on the USS Missouri on July 4th 2014.
