I might be able to survive that; with heavy doses of air conditioning. That 120° to 130° shtuff had me worried.

It'll still suck a bit, but you won't spontaneously combust.

I'm dreading making most of that trip in a couple weeks. Spending a week in Ukiah.

Good morning. Sprayed down my tick clothes for working in the brush waiting on them to dry. And have my instruments of vegetation destruction ready to go. Including better living through chemistry.

Was in the upper 40's this morning when I got up. Hated to do it but shut the windows it was rather cool getting out of bed this morning. Kabobs sound great to me! Did beef on the smoker yesterday was thinking chicken kabobs today on charcoal. I picked up some stainless steel rope skewers few weeks ago and time to break them in. Then vacuum seal some food for later.

Cant Son-in-law's graduation from boot camp[/QUOTE]

Congrats to your SIL! I graduated from Great Mistakes it was -27 and a blizzard on January 27th when I did. My parents were stranded in the blizzard over in Ohio for 3 days on the way to see me.

IL. is messed up but most of all Cook county. I drive an hour and a half extra so I don't have to go through Chicago when headed East. Although considering how often the traffic is backed up there don't think I really loose anything time wise. Always makes me nervous carrying my guns through that State, but Cook Co. the most so avoid it.

    Afternoon everyone

100 degrees currently with 8% humidity and a nice breeze with clear skies . a high temp of 110 degrees but the breeze should make it feel cooler

Had a crazy lightning show last night with the storms over Barstow and was fun to watch

Did you notice the difference in your ability to see the stars at night? We have very few street lights so it's always a really good show. I vaguely remember reading something about light pollution here, can't remember if it's city or county, but it's pretty nice.
