South Carolina BS thread under new MANAGEMENT and lives in SC

My air conditioning saga continued while I was away last week.

Dealer replaced everything from compressor up to dash vents.

Wife drove home and A/C worked for only a day!

Long story short- she became "expressive" at the dealer. New problem was factory damaged O-rings. They overnighted new ones for Saturday AM delivery from Jacksonville FL; truck was done by 4:00pm yesterday.

Service writer and Service Manager apologized- saying the problem was theirs, not me.

A/C is now colder and quieter than it ever has been. New compressor is shiny behind the grill.

 

Hell hath no fury....

 

my ride the other day, hopping in a wolverine 700 today here in Denali and hitting trails around mt. McKinley.

yesterday was fun! Good meeting errbody and grilling of course was good. @EddyRRT That damn sauce was to die for!

Just spent 10$ spraying the truck clean again, mud just aint no fun

Also my thirst for 4x4 was fueled.. when i got stuck. Twice. One could have been avoided...

 

shenanigans, just gotta be setup for it properly or it can and will break your heart.

 

But you got un-stuck, which is like the opposite of being stuck, at least where I was looking from -- that place where you drove around and we were watching from.

You were balls out trying to make that climb 2wd, man.

 

Gotta get better and better with wheeling manggg. Once i get 4wd i'll be set. hitting trails in 2wd first and switching when it gets tough

 

No doubt. I was trying to watch guys pick lines on Saturday. That seems to be my issue, where to put my wheels and when.

Put tires on top of the big rocks, keep them out from under center, think about your shaft.. Lol

Yes, sir, that is what I am told. The rocks at URE we were good for the most part -- couple of place I made bad choices and needed direction, but Gulches was a different type of calculation. My wife actually spotted me, but I know she shared that tale already.
