Both look really clean, nice work! I've hesitant to put any lights on my rack because I was worried about running the wires but I'll have to reconsider.

Looks great! Thats where I put mine as well! These rigid scene lights are just perfect for the prinsu rack.. I have six of them all together spread out. Lights up the area amazingly.

What adhesive did you use to secure the cable to the pillar? Tried 3M outdoor adhesive and it didn't last a day

So far, there is no adhesive. It only seems to come out slightly at the bottom. I have been considering some type of adhesive, but since its not really bothering me, i may just leave it

Picked up the new yak, and tried out the rack for the first time!

Need some adjustment on the rack as my antenna is having trouble getting signal.

Ahhh I see. I thought it was supposed to be the other way but the guy helping me from the store put it like that and I was too lazy to flip it. Now I know for sure tho

I just mocked up some 1x2" extrusion and then spaced it at the max length the rack can go for my length of bed

FWIW - this is what i did for my 40" lightbar, for a bracket. It's a cradle setup using the front and 2nd crossbar, that would work sitting behind the shield in a 50" .. just a whole lot of bending involved with a hammer and heat to make two identical'ish bent brackets. As seen in the photo - it's shimmed high and too far back .. that was adjusted.

Anyone mounted a cabrac on a DCLB and toprac on a high camper shell with Thule tracks? Wondering how it looks, pic of my truck below for reference.

I haven't, but I like the way that looks. High shell and long bed must give you all kinds of room for activities.

Helped lead an install today for a local guy in the overland group. Super fun! Pics of the process in about the correct order. Just for those of you waiting on a rack...and those that will be ordering one soon. His went on easy about 1/2 the time I did mine own and it was a better job. If you can get someone that has done it before it can be very helpful!
