What are you going to get?

 

I thought the 5160 had height limitations out back. When I was going back and forth for the rear between the 5100 and 5160, I was under the impression the 5160 wouldn't handle the lift as well as the 5100.

I wish the 6112s were out when I got my setup. I did the 5100 / Eibach 112-620 route instead of using the OR coils. I set mine at 0.85 up front because I had the bumper.

 

I forget that the hydros are inherently weaker. Seen many that eventually start whining and not really moving.

The gear driven ones are tough to blow up. I once changed pulleys and got one to go 40 MPH and it held up. It didn't have brakes either so you'd slow down by downshifting. I did blow one that I locked the differential in, though. Fun while it lasted, though. A lawn tractor with the mowing deck removed and the differential locked will go just about anywhere.

I should probably stop talking. But in my defense you just happen to learn these things when you grow up in a town of 800 people. It's unavoidable, really.

 

To be honest I forget the details as far as the 5160 working, but I do know Marie explained it very well. I am sure I have that info somewhere in an email or message.

I am amazed at how many people want to get 4Runners! (Which there is nothing wrong with that, I think they are awesome looking.)

I'm torn between the cement gray, and white (but only the pro model in white).

 

I love the look of the cement with black accents on the wheels and badges.

 

I'm surprised but I like the cement color. Much better in person than in pictures. Has a blueish metallic to it in person

I only learned from the one I bought my father, an older Murray. Sealed unit and it puked on him. $700 vfor a used one ugh. I scoured Craigslist and found a donor cheap but turns out it ran fine
