Did you ever diagnose where the sound was coming from?

LCA bushing worn tend to show signs also when doing high speed, fast slow down breaking, tend to get steering wheel shakes.

If you do reinforce your LCAs, post up what and where you did, considered trying to do something myself. Real spot I see is that nub that mounts the BJ.

No but I figure I'll find it while beefing up the lcas. If I don't find it while beefing up the lcas then it isn't a concern and I just have to leave the radio up lol

Know what you mean. Have a couple of unusual noises that I can't pinpoint. Figured, if it's a major component, it will eventually talk to me.

Also, been told that the Bowman Rd concrete crossing is now been barricaded (FS). No crossing over it now.

In the hunt for noises, don't overlook bed mounts. My front right one is worn down. Even properly torqued, there can be play. The answer is a thick (3/32") washer. You can see how it is worn in the shape of the frame mount.

Diamond strap wrap the bushing area so it can't rip open at the cams is what I've seen as far as reinforcing.

Man I've got so many snap crackle and pops I can't find. I've finally thrown in the towel and just address the new noises.

Reminds me of a guy I saw at the car wash with a riced out Mercedes with JDM stickers all over it

I want to see what you end up doing with LCAs, I think I need to do the same.

R-410 is a freon blend mixed of two diff types. If you have a leak, the two types will leak at diff rates, creating a unbalanced blend. This will affect cooling.

I always go the basics of cleaning the outside coil really good and making sure there is a new filter before suspecting freon leaks.

Got to the point, my uniball spindle adaptors would turn on the spindles and squeak, so I got brave and threw a weld on them. Don't turn and squeak anymore.20170626_192632.jpg

Have clean them. We never really used this unit. The duct system is dust free.

I even pulled the filter out and ran it. Not getting any condisation dripping out of the system is kinda sending me in recharging needed. Pipes not cold enough.
