Apparently doing full workout routines at your house without weight isn't in style. Therefore I am apart of the crossfit industry (not sure how it's related but one can only assume this was his point). I must use weights and steroids and/or protein powder or I will never fit in. I hope I can survive. #Biceps>Brains

I don't have any of those, looks like I have some expanding to do. Where can I get the items you listed for cheap? I also live in the same county as you. Maybe you can lend me your used set?

 

Thankfully in 1994 my mom bought a bowflex setup! My older brother who got me into working out used it for a few months before joining a glorious house of gains. I never used it but I did use the body by jake sit up contraption that we also had.

 

I'll rent you the shaker weights

So...some of you guys probably remember when I talked about the "new hardcore gym" that someone opened here in town. I went down there and it was tiny and had like 6 weights.

Apparently 8 of the folks that train there went to a competition last Saturday and won all kinds of shit. 3 high schoolers won their class and supposedly broke APC national records, one of the guys and one of the women won best overall honors for push/pull, and as a team they won 1st place for "full power" and push Pull competition.

Maybe I should have started training there.
