Morning fellas. I had to put down my dog yesterday. One of the hardest things I've ever done. She was 15 and I had her since she was a puppy. She will be missed for sure. The house feels so weird without her. She is not in any pain anymore so that is a comfort.

Bell Ford body shop. That's the only place I've heard back from so far on a quote. A buddy of mine here works there and he recommended them.

Sorry to hear that man. I know it's not easy. I know the time is coming soon for us to do the same with our lab. She's getting old (12 yrs old now). This is typically the age it happens in but we're hoping for another year with her.

Sorry to hear about your fur-baby. 15 is a good long life and knowing how well you take care of your truck and everything else, I'm sure she was pampered and treated like one of the family. I've had to put down two dogs this year so I know the feeling and it sucks and never gets any easier. Not sure if you are familiar with the rainbow bridge or not. The thought of it helps me out at times.

    https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

I'm going to need a pool guy in Tucson soon, as soon our house sells we are going to get our pool completely redone, and all the concrete... probably a $25,000 job total.

I'm in the process of remodeling of my pool now, I chose to use Barefoot Pools, they are local to the Tukee area but I know they are all over the valley. I was also able to get some of their sub contractors information for deck work and grotto work.

I also have another guy that basically will help you with subcontractors to do your pool at a lower cost. He has crews he uses for various jobs. Let me know if you need any of the info

Thats on the coast. We're not heading over that far. That with the wife closing out end of month financials and me having to work Saturday, we have to come home. Otherwise we would simply stay up here longer and avoid the fires. As it sits now, we're going to have an interesting drive home with Utah now on fire around where we would be coming through.

Blah, sorry to hear about your lil buddy. As a pet owner I can understand the pain and second guessing you went through. I waited about a week or two too long to put my buddy down last year, but it was probably the best thing I could have done for him. He was loyal to the last minute, he never once showed me he was in any pain or suffering but I knew his heart was giving out and he started to fall down and almost black out from his BP dropping too low. It's been over a year and while I'm in my office I still look at my door expecting him to come around the corner carrying his ball.. Crazy thing is I think my cats look for him from time to time too.

Randy is the owner, he is a good dude with good crews.

I'm using these guys for my remodel, I didn't go with Randy because I was remodeling an existing grotto/slide and the company he subs out to wasn't available for like 12 weeks. So I went with a local business that has a solid reputation here in the Tukee area. Cost me more but also a piece of mind..
