    I took my old VW jetta to a chevy dealer in my hometown because they were the only mechanic in town that could replace a clutch, master cylinder, and breather tube. They ended up having it about 5 or 6 weeks. Then they fucked something up with my suspension after all that was done. Had to take it back for another week just for them to tighten up the suspension. I was LIVID!!!!!! to say the least. On top of having to pay them like $1600 for the repair, I had to cover my own rental car which was another $400-500 for about 5 weeks. I was ready to trade the car off at that point lol and only had it 6 or 7 months :bananadead:

    Oh yeah I forgot to mention I had the car for about 3 weeks after this, and got side swiped in a hit and run....double:bananadead::bananadead:
    Then it was back at the dealer for another 3-4 weeks lol...at least insurance covered the rental that time.

    I don't feel so bad after reading your experience that's terrible. I did have to pay for a rental for the first week but got a loaner now which I'm not nice to. But they are gonna reimburse me for that at least. I'm going to call them after work an swee what's the deal.
