Bedside trimming turned out good  my biggest issue was towards the front where the bracket mounts. Surprising how close the tire comes to the front of the bedside fully tucked, I would imagine a 40" tire could nearly touch the cab

For some reason, the AP leafs pushed the axle a little more towards the rear. Hopefully removing 3" from the front is enough.

He likely moved the axle back. Linked rear not factory leaf perches...

Yeah, my Allpro Expos pushed the axle back about 3/4" too.

    As always, looks awesome, Iven!
Cody makes the wheel well splash guards we talked about, and said he'll try to make some custom fender liners when he has the chance.
    These are his splash guards:

If you want, you might be able to give him measurements and have him send you a prototype set? Just an idea since he already has the material.

    And already get recon!

Might need a fresh coat of paint or PC. Little bit of surface rust in some areas. Especially this lip under the license plate that holds water. Should fill it with silicone or something...
    IMG_2429.jpg
    $old!
Oh yeah, passenger side is pushed in just a bit from sliding into a big rut.

Damn, your pretty good with that grinder. I recommend a face shield next time, almost lost my eye once from an accident. Plus you don't want to set that sweet beard on fire!

And just like that, the rear is back together  gonna wait 24 hours before I fill the diff with gear oil to make sure the ultra gray is fully cured. Not like it's going anywhere soon anyway :(

I waited 45 minutes for the gray to cure. lol  It's all good though. No leaking. Not even a little seeping like the 3rd gens.
