Mine stays in the garage. The sun does bad things to vehicles.

Too many toys in my garage. Plus the motorcycle lift is in there too.

I have a 2 car garage with 12' ceilings. My wife's car goes on one side. My 5 bikes / extra parts / helmets, 12 fishing poles, boat crap (battery, prop, lifejackets, etc), beach crap (including a half dozen coolers) tool boxes, table saw, work bench, 30+ cans of paint, ladders, snowblower, lawnmower, leaf blower, hedge trimmer, spreaders, camping gear, pond supplies, sump pumps, extra lumber and ...probably missed about two dozen other things ... go on my side.

    My truck is not garaged.

I may have tweaked a few things...
My wife's '08 VW Rabbit gets the garage spot, mainly for her convenience. But we both laughed when we realized the Rabbit is barely worth 1.5k vs. my '09 Tacoma being worth much more. The Tacoma looks better in the driveway anyway.

I wouldn't want the neighbors knowing I owned a Rabbit either. :anonymous:

I have a newer home with what they called a "3-car" garage. It's more like an oversized 2-car with an extra, almost unusable door. :pout:

Garage. When i was still living with mom she parked her truck in a two car garage and the other half had a freezer, fridge, weight bench brothers quad etc.. so i asked my grandpa if i can park my truck in his garage since he had room for +1. He was cool with it and it worked out since i drove a company vehicle. When i needed it i just drove the work truck there and parked it outside and pick up the tacoma. Now that i have my own place the truck and my girlfriends car sit in the garage. Im sure glad too because my neighbors truck and trailer had gotten stolen one night.

The only nights this truck spends outside are when it's away from home.

33 years of owning 4x4s, I made sure my garage doors were 9' high when we built our house so I could get 'em in (and hopefully anything I may own way down the road). Only 2 of the 4 though. The K5 and the Z71 have to pull guard duty. No theft worries out where I live, although anything is possible I reckon. I'll probably build a detached garage/shop and leave room for the other 2 in there. My current garage is a 3 car, with 2 doors, so I have room for tools and toys, but it is a little tight... but I can open the doors on both vehicles when they're parked in there without them touching which is nice.
