Oh, that looks purdy. I'll throw out there, Bilstein's new B8 tripple bypasses are remote reservoir so those will be compatible as well.

I'm happy with these revised weld on towers, they are plenty stiff.
The last pic is the long bed spacer block, and sitting on top of that is the included washer plates which is were you can weld a crossover tube on.

Install complete. I added a crossbar, which is up to owner, but I determined that the stock frame crossmember at the fuel tank is thin in the middle and allows a slight rotation of the frame rails. I went with the simplest cross bar I could make, 1" square tube 1/8" wall, just to show an easy option. The bolting plates are supplied with standard kit, so for now, it will be up to you to source a tube or get creative if you like.

FYI, make sure your Dakar leaf pack bolts go in from inside and thread outside of bracket. Shortly after these pics, I noticed the threads on the bolts started digging into my gas tank.

I might just leave the bolt out or possibly cut it off. Not 100% convinced it wont continue even after i flip the bolt.

EDIT: after looking at HolyHandGrenade's picture, looks like the bracket made contact as well. I'll probably cut it off this weekend.

The bracket didn't make contact. I did grind the head of the bolt down some prior to reinstalling it flipped though.

Actually, I'm not 100% sure. I'll throw some tape on there next trip to the off road park. See if it gets scuffed now that I've turned the bolt around.

Havent had that problem. Dakars on original template, dcsb. I followed the instructions for install from wheelers, but they could have been arb paperwork. I installed the flip after dakars

Under full flex with the shackle flip, the Dakars go under a pretty decent negative arch. That combined with the angle the axle produces, pulls the inside of the leaf towards the gas tank. I have the same clearance at rest.

I've actually inverted my shackle during a rearward extraction. It was my fault, nothing to do with the quality of the archive flip kit. Granted it was the passenger side that inverted, I've had many many suspension cycles working both sides and have yet to see any interference with the gas tank. My dakars go "slightly" negative before they hit my timbren super bumps. I could put maybe 1/2" of spacer for the bump to be effective, although the new layout from eric specifically for dakars, would reduce the negative Arch and the possibility of inverting the shackle. You can somewhat see the leaf spring going negative in the second pic on the right side leaf.

The bracket is there for a reason.... I think you will add a lot of stress to the top leaf if you remove it entirely
