Don't feel bad, someone backed into me when I was clearly honking the shit out of my horn in a mcdonalds parking lot. Still had my dealer plates on too. Sometimes shit just happens.

I feel your pain. Someone gave me a nice scuff on the rear passenger door. It's frustrating when it happens. Wish the running boards gave more protection from door dings.

You did the right thing to keep your composure in the workplace and I give you credit for you being calm and professional about the incident. I'd get her insurance info tomorrow in case it doesn't buff out to your liking, the fender flare can be replaced, if that's all she hit. I'd get an estimate for a new flare and go from there.

    Best of luck

    Let's review,

First she parks where she shouldn't

Second she damages your new truck

    Third she laughs about it.

I'd say I'd be hitting her up to pay for repair

I would call police and file a report. Don't care if it's a coworker or not, they are responsible and last I checked, I work to earn a living not make friends. Taking pictures of the damage is good too. I hope this is resolved quickly for you.

I'd get her license plate and call your insurance company. When her insurance contacts her she won't be laughing after her rate goes up. Don't take it in the ass, make her pay.

Not trying to get the woman off the hook, but for many people laughter is a natural response to being embarrassed/nervous. Again that doesn't make her less of a jerk for just walking off, but only to explain the laughter.

    Mostly stuff I built.
Had the safety guy at work back his flat bed into my front fender on my Cummins in the parking lot at work. Dash cam caught it all. Asked him about it later he denied it. Told him my dash cam caught it. He even got out and touched my truck and looked at the damage. Still denied it. I reported the issue to HR at work. They deducted the cost of the repairs from his next paycheck and put him on 12 months disciplinary probation for it.

Considering that you caught her red handed hitting your ride and she fully acknowledged it I would def see after a few days what she might do about it. If not, you could persue however you mean to, but the fact that it shook your ride I would do something about it. I got sliders on mine partially for this reason alone.

Its always exciting to see some lowlife who doesn't care about their ride fuck it up when they try to hit mine...makes me want to approach them asking "do you feel better now?"

Past tense is concerning here. If her hotness has declined significantly since the event, OP might be headed to jail.
