Glad everything is working out.

Just got back from northern California visiting family. Took doggo with me.

In Nevada on the way.


On my sister's porch. It was hot. Probably too hot for the dogs.




My sister's dog, Scout. I posted a few pictures of her already...very special. Not a compliment. But now Azul has a new best friend.





First interaction with a cat. Cat was not happy.



The beach confuses her. She tried chasing the waves and grabbing the seaweed. She promptly threw up.


Another beach. Finally calming down.


Same beach...she jumped up on the bench beside us. Absolute lady killer.


On the way back...another Nevada campsite. She was very restless here...we were close to a stream and it was rather loud.

 

Much thanks man.....quite a scare, I wish this on no one.

 

Well, Riley survived his 9th birthday. Another plain Whooper-just the meat and the bun. A couple new toys, glow in the dark poop bags, and some quality play time.



Best dog a man could have.

This is the reason why I have to clean the floors everyday at home.
His name is Hippo. He's a mix between a Shar Pei and Cocker Spaniel.

He enjoys racing as much as his old man


And loves sleeping with the entire back seat to himself in my 2017 TRD Off-Road

 

I'm assuming he sheds as a career?

He's also cuter than how I'd imagine that particular mix would look.

 

Looks like Cocker coat, so maybe not much shedding.

 

He is cute!

 

He doesn't shed that much actually. Like stairgod said, he had more of the cocker spaniel cost so he's really soft. He just has A LOT of extra skin. So much that you could almost give him a man bun.

But it's his bladder control that has me going through paper towel like mad

 

I wondered if he had the cocker's "tiny bladder syndrome." Haven't known a cocker yet that wasn't a leaker.

My cocker leaked when excited only. Her bladder was good up until the end. Then she lost control of her bladder and bowel

 

This guy loves a good road trip!

 

It's "the look", the one that says I know it's your chair, but look how comfortable I am, are you going to make me move?

Archie got into a flock of wild baby turkeys today. Mom ran off when he came barreling at them. He did kill one, but I don't think it was on purpose. It looked like he was just trying to play with him/her.

 

You don't use the prong when it's that low do you?
Also those prongs links are way too large. A size like that is reccomended for long hair dogs only.
