Sound from bottom of the truck

From some time now, I've been hearing a strange noise that comes from down front of the cab (maybe).

Its sort of a "pluck" or "puck" sound, at first I thought I was passing over a sewer cap, but no, it comes from time to time, when I accelerate, ive heard something similar on other cars when you need a tune up but the truck has under 30,000 Km and has all its services, im wondering what other thing could it be. next time truck goes to service i want to talk about all the possible options with the service technician.

any opinions?

I don't think it is, well I don't know what that is, but seems it happens when accelerating, not stopping....

 

It is repeatable, Ive heard i about 3-4 times in one single day

Fill your tank.

These new vehicles for some reason have a lot of sound coming from the gas splashing/slaming around in the tank.

At certain levels mine does the same. My parents MDX is horrible for it too and I've heard it in my bosses Tundra.

 

Well, since i was lurking around the truck, I opened the hood, i almost never ever do that. Well i found this, I think its not OK, and now I remember a couple of days ago i felt my direction shuddering while i was trying to get out of a parking spot..... what do you think?

 

Looks like your a little low on fluid. Have you noticed any puddles of ps fluid under your truck?

 

Add some ps fluid now. That's low enough to possibly let air in the lines and cause problems. The pump is most likely full, because there is some fluid left in the reservoir, but air in the lines can cause noise and premature pump failure.

 

no signs of fluid loss under the truck, but now I remember, last service, they offered me some package that included power steering fluid replacement or something like that.... so i think dealership may have caused this....

i need to find that damn service order, i have a special folder for all the truck stuff, but that damn order cant find it...

damn, owners manual specifies dexron II or II hydraulic transmission fluid, is that correct??? is that something i can find in any parts store???

 

that would be in the middle of the 2 cold lines right??? , sorry to be so dumb about it.... , I get nervous of thinking i might fuck it up LOL, not to mention I cant find the service order, fcuk

i also added some dish detergent inside the container, it seemed to be very dirty! awesome!
