Continuing disintegration of supports around the headlights and the radiator was causing a rattle coming from the right front of the truck. The end of the upper tie bar was flexing against the side panel/fender causing a click/rattle that was getting worse over time. Putting a little separation between and a twist in the bar made that noise stop.
Remove body-colored bolt, insert 1/4" washer underneath, reinstall bolt.

May be a moot point. Truck is well on its way to just doing this:

Eric, how the hell do you find these noises? My truck is pretty clickety clackity these days and I can't pinpoint shit. Mostly camper issues though.

    Seriously, teach me your ways.

Sadly that's all you can do after a certain point.

@EDDO your radiator support is beginning to give, which is causing it to come into close contact with other items close by, headlights, fender gaps, etc. etc. Name it and I'll show you what to look for. Lol. Toyota is not very well known for using thick sheetmetal around the front end of the body.

I can see what is breaking up and will continue to apply band-aids and will keep the noises at bay. Hope springs eternal.

So what to do about all that? Eric and I seem to be in a race to see who can shake their shit apart quickest (I think I'm winning)

Yours must be pretty bad the way you beat on it

Mine is just as bad as Alex's, Sytfu. I have laid low for the last year due to that simple fact as far as offroading goes. In the meantime I have been building up my blower and the engine on the truck for side entertainment while I deal with the rad support.

The only real solution to these issues is to do a full front end engine cage with fender aprons as well. I haven't been able to do that because it takes too much time to do, and this is still my daily driver. After that, the only thing you will have to worry about is breaking grille tabs, and headlight tabs. And maybe axle boots. ;)
