I have a 2.7 i4 4x2, I want to add better wheels, lift, and turbo but I don't want to,seem like a child for doing it.

Turbo is kinda childish IMHO - it is a 4 cylinder truck after all.

You've got a blank canvas so you have the freedom and knowledge (from TW) to do literally anything.

It's all overwhelming but the more you read about all the mods you can do, the more it will be clear which ones to do that are what you want.

This site has really opened my eyes and it even affected my latest car purchase. When I first joined I had just bought my Taco and I've literally read tons of threads, even stuff I would never do. It's endless and awesome. Since I joined, my latest car I bought for my wife's daily driver is a base model Ford Escape and all I can think about is what mods I want to do to it. Mag wheel/rim upgrades, fog lights, trim upgrades, etc... I would have never thought of all the possibilities were it not for TW.

And before anyone asks...no I don't plan on doing a lift or adding monster KO2's on the Escape (but that might be kinda cool).

I'm going on 58 and I put better tires n' wheels on. Put 5100s all around. I hope it doesn't make me seem like a geezer tryin' to be younger!:burnrubber:

Trade it for 3.5 v6 4x4, then do everything you want, and you will acceptable.
