mine has vibrated as well as described above with it vibrating my rear view mirror. Wind deflector is in the lowest position and touches the roof in the center. Wonder if some addition bracing on the backside will help prevent this.

How tight to the roof is it though?

Sometimes the rack will vibrate if it wasn't square when it was installed. I would recommend loosening and then tightening everything up just to make sure.

Outside of that, yes strong winds in certain directions can cause it. I have never had it consistent but in both the tacoma and the 4runner I have had it happen during brief gusts of wind both when I was on the freeway in the middle of the desert.

    Fortunately or unfortunately no

I 100% agree, some sort of L bracket would help!

    Hopefully these photos help!

Thanks all! I'm going to be doing some adjusting and triple check how square the rack is!

It appears you don't have the weather stripping on the bottom of the fairing. With that installed, the fairing rests against the roof. This should prevent your vibes.

I just used edge trim I had laying around on the fairing, I went through and adjusted the angle today and I'll see if it helps! Also went through and ensured everything was square and tight!

I got it a lot closer to the roof

Think it's just where my roof holes are? 2006 sr5 for reference

I measured from corner to corner and it's the same, so I presume it's square.

My gf has copies of my cc's. I credit that greatly to why my purchases are not questioned by her

Haha, truck has long been paid for, plus I spin it as "it will make us travel more".
