Had the Strike 6's on my FJ and liked them a lot. Shouldn't be a problem with the 255's.

Look sweet. The thing I like about the Level 8s is that you can get them at Discount Tire, and there's one right down the road so I don't have to ship them to my apartment.

Hobie Pro Angler 14...lots of fun coupons in one of those.

On another note...do you think they'll be extending the 526 down to Johns Island?

Jen and I are talking about buying a house on Johns Island. Hopefully find something close to the water, with some land (~1 acre or so), and no HOA.

Would be tough finding that on James Island...no?

You and @Bubbles are my resident experts for all things CHS.

That's why we're kinda focused on Johns right now. Get in before it's too late. It'll probably be towards the end of the year since we've got to wait on the tenants lease to be up before I can sell the CA house. We're ready to move now but that's the only thing slowing us down...

Scott is right, being that traffic isn't a woe since you don't commute John's Island would be my choice.

There's some pretty decent prices on houses down there for being that close to the water. Had to look it up on Trulia just for shits and giggles.

I'm still open to other areas but felt like we needed to focus somewhere...feels like we're wandering aimlessly both when we're there looking and during online house searches.

    Good wording...

There's a decent one on a Tidal Creek with dock and property for $400k...just don't like the room sizes as I can see online. I like wide open floor plans.

I had to show my wife some. It would be awesome to live near the ocean again, but I think we're stuck in Greenwood until retirement since she got a good job here now.

I was wondering if there was going to be enough room for you plus her stuff, much less anything else, in a TJ..
