I have covers for my ditch lights that I only put on when taking it in for the yearly inspection. I drive by cops all the time without any issues, but I'm also not doing anything stupid to attract attention.

    Hey Jack,

There is a lot to see man depending where you go, since you are coming from the south-up, i would start at crater lake and take some of the back roads up to the badlands where "the hole in the ground" is at -- i think from there trail no1 or 2 will take up north up to Paulina lake/volcano area which is where my photos are from to some decent back roads that offer good views of volcanic formations/ lakes and some good grounds to lay camp and a fire. Ideally i like the mckay area if you decide to camp because you will be able to set up next to a flowing body of water.

bend is also a city gathering for some good SUP and ideas for some adventures. If you have time, east of bend (4 hours) is the alvord desert which is pretty vast and fun to camp on and drive fast but bring fuel and water since there is no shade in that area. You can find natural hot springs close to the desert to camp to as well as the highest road in oregon up the steens mountains (which open up late july). Going further north you will hit tygh valley/crooked river area which has some good trails into the valley and some bomb fishing spots. Further north you will hit the famous columbia gorge that has your choice in hikes.

Sweet, exactly what I was looking for. Really excited, I have heard nothing but good things about the diversity of Oregon's outdoors!

Yeah we've looked into ATG, my doctors (whom I trust with my life) agree that it wouldn't work for my cGVHD. thanks for the info though I greatly appreciate any info especially on new studies!

    Thanks brother,
Yeah I know TC emphasizes that in almost every one of their videos on UCA maintenance

Yea unfortunately the shop that installed them didn't know this and just greased them two weeks later I noticed mushroomed bushings :(

I guess im just as much at fault for not doing it myself and not triple checking their work

Would anyone be interested in purpose built mounts? Such as these brackets built specifically for mounting hi-lift jacks?

The small round hole is for the bolt that the jack attaches to, and the larger rectangular hole is there for people concerned with theft, you can put a lock through the lift and the mount to deter theft.

Single bolt to mount and has tabs that go in the rails to prevent the mounts from shifting.

Let me know what you think.

    Thanks

For anyone who has taken fenders off or had them off I would really like to know how to get those little black grommets with the big head and the hole in the middle off:confused: Currently trying to take my fender flares off, finally growing a pair and just going for it! Can post pictures if needed
