Anyone looking to get rid of a bed rack or bed bars that will fit a Gen3?

I'm almost positive the bed is the same, it's only the exterior panels that changed. Not 100% though

 

To the best of my knowledge only some accessory dimensions slightly changed.
My understanding is if it interfaces with the front header rail (which does not come standard on 3rd gens) the tonneau anchor piece is going to be taller than the 2nd gen hardware accounts for. Simply ditching the 3rd gen tonneau anchor solves the problem.
