Michelin 265/75/16 MS2's, Grillcraft MX series/TOYOTA badging. FJ/SE TRD Anthracite gray wheels. Katzkin leather/heated seats.
I already have the Billy 5100's arriving this week sometime. Got to thinking that I may just upgrade the coils while I am at it. Plan to add the 1/4 spacer to eliminate the taco lean as well. thoughts on this?

Suggestions on the best coil and 5100 combo? I would like to achieve a decent lift, but maintain a decent ride. Anyone running the 885's with Bilstein 5100's? infor appreciated.

    thanks in advance-

Well you can and thats what I am running are the 885's with the 5100's. You have to leave the 5100's at the stock height setting since the coils will be doing the lift. I would suggest going with the 886's if you are the long bed though.

285/75/16 MTZ's.... OME lift(885s)...4:88 gears.... Front and rear ARB.... Homemade skids

Are you running a spacer with that as well like everyone elese seems to be doing or just the 5100 and 885.. Just wondering what height you get without a spacer.
I just ordered 885s for my 5100s and wondering if I should get spacers as well.

Will run with the Toytec/Eibach coils and the 5100's set at .85. Should prove to be exactly what I am after. I am hoping to stay under the radar an not have to have UCA's for caster and camber.

Also ordered the 1/4" spacer to remove the Tacoma lean. Figured might as well add it while I am having the work done. Thanks to Jen for her help today with my order.:)

    - Billstein 5100's all around with OME 885 coil springs. - K&N Air Filter - HID Headlights & Fogs - Kenwood Stereo & Infinity Speakers - CB Radio, - Fog On Anytime mod - Anti Tailgate theft mod. More comming...
I'm also running 885's with 5100's.. Ive had the setup for about 3 weeks and i'm overall happy with it. It did good off road.

No spacer though. I just set the 5100's at 0" and got close to 3" of lift.

Ditto, that is my setup for 6 mos now and real pleased with the lift/ride on DCLB. Included LR UCA's for alignment ease.

I've got 5100's set at stock height with 885 coils plus a 13mm spacer on both sides and an extra 1/4" on the drivers side. It rides a little rough but its much better then the 5100's set at 2.5". In retrospect I wish i went with all OME stuff right from the beginning

Can you run the 885 coils with the stock uca's? I've heard mixed input on this. This is the setup I am planning on doing within the next couple of weeks and want to make sure it'll work ok.
