CenturyLink is the other. Its basically saying do you want to get fucked by a horse or a bull? And you must choose if you want internet.

I figured Verizon Fios would have made it's way out there by now.

Google Fiber considered it, just enough to get Cox to start its fiber service. But after the media stopped talking about it, they did too.

I may hit 100gb on a good month. Don't do much streaming. I just hate paying almost $80 for internet. By Google coming to town, it was suppose to lower cox since google only charges like $45 a month for internet. Maybe not even that.

Looks like the last 3 months I have average 300GB+

So it shouldn't be an issue for me. If my wife starts working from home more, that could easily get over 500GB, but I still don't see hitting 1TB.

Watch less TV! I cut the cable a long time ago. Once I had my base shows/movies built up, maintaining doesn't take that much. Now when Hockey season starts again, I am sure it will go up... only when they are on the road, I'll be at all the home games.

TV isn't the only thing eating away at my data. But after cutting the cable I use a lot more data then I did before to watch TV/Movies. I also work from home and during hockey season I stream damn near every game while working.. I do that a lot with movies/tv shows from netflix/vudu to change it up from listening to music all day. I have a media server that people stream off of, camera's, cloud back-up's, Xbox (which did an update of games last night and downloaded 52gb worth of shit), etc, etc.

It adds up fast and 1tb just isn't enough for some people. What is stupid is that if I go up to the next package which is faster I still get the same 1tb a month. I'll see how this goes.

    Right?

I would like to thank photobucket for deciding to stop 3rd party linking. My build page is pretty much destroyed now. When I started using them the site was great, then they made an overhaul and went downhill from there.
