Trouble installing entune via update

I can't get the new update to download via my phone. I searched this forum and I didn't see any resolution to this.

I get the alert that a mandatory update is required, but when I press the download button, it immediately says "Download unsuccessful". The progress bar doesn't go past 0%.

I restarted and rebooted my phone (Nexus 6p). I even tried it on my Wife's phone (Iphone 6s). I was wondering if there were any quick fixes found by someone else before I go to the dealership.

 

I'm a new owner. Is the entune app necessary ?

 

If you want to use the Entune App Suite, yes.

 

Ok. I found 4 Entune apps in the App store. 1. Toyota Entune 2. Entune Audio Simulator 3. Toyota Entune 3.0 App Suite Connect 4. Toyota Entune 3.0 Remote Connect.

Which one ?
