Saw this on my commute on the DC beltway this morning in Northern Virginia. Just thought I would post since it's Tacoma-related. No other additional information...

Looks like the front end protected the cabin pretty effectively.

Seeing a nice Tacoma damaged like that makes me shed a tear. Should buff out though.....

That must have happened quite awhile ago, lots of rust on it! Probably in the winter and salt got on it.

yeah, most likely scenario....that's why I keep mine away from there and drive a civic to have other people bounce off of...aint no one paying attention on that road..and if they are, they are driving 100 mph and making hand gestures at you for only doing 65..

Crash didn't happen there. The truck was being transported. Auction company probably just sold it

All I'm focused on is the cracked open battery case with the exposed lead stacks. It's like a busted cranium with brain matter exposed...

from the rust it looks like relatively old damage, maybe someone bought it off auction and its being towed to new owner

How's 12.5 in damage sound? Better yet, here's how it looks. Stopped to help at an accident on my way home from work. Single car accident, plenty of people passed, including a big rig. Then some douche decides to smash the original car, sent it into the front of my taco. The day after my lift was put on.. first car turned out to be a drunk guy, I got him out of the road about 30 seconds after the car smashed into his. I'd like to hear the 911 call, they freaked out when they heard the crash ten feet in front of me.. second guy, he tried sueing me...

Should be a fixer . Shoved back into the engine?
If not your good. If it is pick every little thing and get you a new one... but if the frame is not fixable ( frame rack ) it's a total ... I would rather mine total in the same situation.
