I've got a standard. So when I go to turn the fan down I throw it into 4wd hi. 3rd shift life makes you pay extra attention.

i just don't understand why they put the power rear window thing like that.

I mean seriously that's fuckin terrible.
I wish it was with the rest of the windows on the door.

The rear window one looks like an after thought especially with the little plate under it.

It's a two way rocker switch. You push it inwards to open the window, and pull it towards you to close. Not sure why they chose this particular design, but that's why it has the weird bottom edge, to hook your finger under.

One instance where being a cheap fuck pays off. I only have the bed lamp switch and a new light bar button on the far right that I added.

I kinda wish they actually had these coloured boxes around them. It's growing on me.

It's definetly an after thought. The 16's did not have power rear window, then all 17+ started coming with them. They had to throw a switch somewhere. "That place looks good enough!"

It's like when I'm driving down the freeway and I turn my 4wd on instead of the ac. Talk about poor design.

I'm not complaining though I wish I had an automatic rear window! Lol

Or one like in the tundra :drool::drool:

On a side note, I absolutely love the power rear window. Without it I would not be able to flip off anyone through the limo tint. :brianr:

Do you need to know, or care?
I never use the rear window unless I'm bringing home some 10' pieces of trim from Home Depot. So it's a waste for me.

Not all 17's have power rear window, not sure if mine was omitted due to build date (8/16) or poverty model (SR). Luckily I have an access cab so I can just reach back and open the sumbitch by hand!

Access cab = no power slider, but it is relatively easy to open and close by just reaching back. I also use this more often than not.

So, how many people thought at first that "Twin A/C" was Air Conditioning, rather then "Alternating Current"?
