First thing I'm doing is welding spring hangers for new bigger leaf springs and shocks, and doing a spring under axle conversion, as well as some bigger tires. So i can get it to remote places easier. Also perfect for moving my motorcycle haha ramp door

We go there once a month. You'd never expect it to be that good, kinda run down looking in the corner of a small strip mall.

Speaking of V-Twins, I went to buy an oil filter for my mower today. It's got a Briggs Vanguard on it (19 HP, I think), and Tractor Supply wanted $15 for the filter. I can get a filter for my truck from the dealer for less than $5. No way am I paying triple for a lawn mower filter. Going to cross reference it to an automotive one and get one double the size for half the price. Take that, Briggs and Stratton and your inflated parts prices.

You can see it in the video. Your LCA bolts are loose! Whoever did your alignment (Town Fair Tire I think you had said) didn't torque them correctly afterwards!

Yup, mine did the same thing at one point. Drove me mad for months and lost count of the times I tore the front brakes apart trying to figure out what it was. Was almost upset that it was just a 30 second fix with a torque wrench.

I just hit them all with a torque wrench, 100lb/ft, before shooting the video. No change. The bushings are flexing, but I don't see the cam/bolt move.

I would have originally thought this also.
It looks to me like those bushings are shot. If the cam bolts are tightened to spec, I would guess your bushings are flexing too much, allowing the LCA to contact something it shouldn't. Is it hitting the frame?

Rain's about to start here, I'll have to pick it up tomorrow and see if I can get video from another angle. I hit all four bushings with two different wrenches to confirm, 100lb/ft all around.

It was my original thought (not torqued right), one was not all the way to spec but the other three were close enough. Oddly, the one that was out, was on the other side of the truck. I'm pretty sure the noise is coming from the passenger side. Could be that the bushings are shot, 65k on the rear set on both sides. I was just saying to Brenda, I don't know why we didn't just change them all out when we replaced the hardware a few weeks back, I have new bushings for the back too, but we only replaced the front on each LCA.

Really hoping it misses me. Just lit a fire in the fire pit and about to put steaks on the grill. I can hear thunder far away though.
