    They are really good. So very glad I made the trip down here. Mental health wise, I think it is the smartest thing I could have done for me, and them. :)

    Yes. Looks like Wednesday. They have all the steel to be installed on pad still. We're going to stain the slab. Just wondering if we ought to wait until barn is built first. They'll scar it all up.
    I need to get back on main house and try and get water back on. The only things to do for barn soon is get windows and entry doors. They'll install doors for 100 each and windows for 50 each.

    I think I'd wait for the exact reason you state ... scarring. Seems very reasonable on the doors and windows install fees...worth having them do it at that price. Save yourself some work and stress...you already got enough of that. ;)

    I know. It's worth it. I got them to also install insulation under entire roof so it'll be tolerable to work in there and tacky tape installed on entire bldg. And a patio cover to span the front to keep all 3 doors out of rain. That was enough for now.
    I did already score a free bathroom door along with 2 privacy door knobs in oil rubbed bronze for both bathrooms. Now have to find 3 windows and 2 exterior entry doors.
