    Morning everyone

Cooler day today compared to yesterday

Currently 88 deg , clear skies , winds SSE gusting to 35mph and high temp expected to reach only 95 deg today

Headed to Wally World in a hour to pic up a couple 4 shelf storage units for the garage and then finish unpacking the last two boxes and then I'm done !!!

Currently 89 here. Not supposed to hit 90 all week. I think it's a lie!

It was 103 degrees yesterday but with strong desert winds gusting to 30mph , it didn't feel all that hot mainly because of the single digit humidity

I couldn't handle the humidity you guys get there I'd pass out . back in 2011 my brother and I went to the NHRA US Nats in Indy . it was 90-95 deg the whole weekend with 80% humidity . I tried to enjoy the races but almost had to leave because of the heat/ humidity

It was 90 when we were hauling straw bales. It's currently 98 looking for 104 today.

    These are our "normal" temps.

It's always worse in the midlands. No coast/no mountains.

It's definitely suffocating. We've had a lot of rain the past few days but current humidity is only 50% right now.

But it's a dry heat... no, it's still dang hot!

Low humidity and breeze will make it feel cooler than it really is, but with high temps and you not being climatized, it really doesn't matter. Drink water, suck up some ac and enjoy the family.

Yep low humidity and a breeze will always feel cooler than the recorded temp .And drink plenty of water ,if you are thirsty you're already becoming dehydrated

Good afternoon. 79 here real feel of 86, damn right I am sitting in the AC. Getting ready to prep food and fire up the smoker though.

Got the new dog to a training facility yesterday. They spent some time with him and other dogs and gave him a good look over. A week from Monday he is getting sniped. Talked to the breeder last night and she agreed. My first Toller was the same way he would hump a snake if it would stand still for him. Take awhile for the testosterone to leave the system though. One of the trainers walked him and I walked my guy together for a bit and for the first time they didn't try to kill one another. Things are slowly looking up!

    Everyone stay cool and safe.

You too Mike. I quit early and got cleaned up , ate and slept. Been in this heat everyday soaking wet with sweat.
We're keeping Louie intact for that reason but does get old watching him hump dirt.
