Try hitting the bubbles with a needle before you tear off and try again. Maybe the wife's hairdryer after needle treatment to shrink it into place

Don't hit them with a needle, just try to push them to the edges with a credit card or something similar. Let it sit for a couple of weeks, hitting them every couple of days. Mine did that too but you wouldn't know anymore. The bubbles will go away with time. Just be patient.

You will have to modify the Voodoo caps if you use the TC bed stiffeners. It occupies the same area where the two small bolts are located at the top of the steel post. Not a big deal, just cut the cap tab to clear, will still be connected with one of the two bolts.

    Hope that helps.

It makes sense. I already have the stiffeners and the bed rack is on order. Guess I'll play it by ear and see what mod is more important after I install everything thats waiting on me at home.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

Took it on a dusty overland trip to Great Basin and Sevier dry lake! Was gonna do Bonneville Salt Flats too, but decided to go in Sept for the races.

That's a nice looking "hidden" winch mount. Custom made?
