:D It'll all come with time. My wife overbudgeted for this move, so once we get settled, I'm going to use some charm and try and get some skids too.

I know, it's great!! I make sure I earn it though, because I do everything around the house so she can focus on her med school studies.

:bananadance: Shit yeah we are! My finger was feeling better today, so I'm sure it'll be good enough in a week or so when the parts get here.

Over budget on the move, under budget in the @EatSleepTacos build. We can figure out a solution to both problems in a heart beat!

Just realized I know nothing about your truck other than a vinyl wrapped rear bumper. Where's your build thread?!

It is scattered like ashes all over TW

I should have done one but kind of rode the "what have you done to your 2nd gen today" thread.

That's exactly what I did with my last truck, and didn't want to make that same mistake again. Make one!!

I see what your doing there. Using that EST logic/charm to get a baby brother to your build thread. Just so you know......its working.

It's actually super fun having one. All that random stuff that doesn't really belong in any other thread, you can post in your build thread! You're OP so you can do whatever the hell you want.

Im going to give you the clif notes of my truck.
    2012 Taco PeeRunner SR5 2wd DCLB
I purchased it sight unseen in an online auction. When I got the truck I quickly realized it would not be ready to sell quickly and was more of a project. I joined TW to buy a set of rubber mats that were being sold by a member. The thing grew on me and I kept it for myself. I have enjoyed tearing the thing apart and fix it to my liking. My truck had blood in the headliner, electrical issue in the rearview mirror harness & radio, mismatched upholstery, check engine/abs/traction ect lights on. Previous owner loved plastidip and just sucked at owning anything and life in general I guess.

It would have made for an interesting story lol especially the blood in the headliner

Its currently undergoing treatment to treat previous owner dumbitis(ask Mrs @EatSleepTacos for medical terminology & treatment). Its a slow process but we are making strides in the right direction.

That's what I loved about buying this truck. It was equally fun ripping off all the old crap and fixing the neglected stuff as it is modding it!

This is my truck as it sits now. Thats a 7ft picnic table I picked up for a gift and it fit perfectly in the bed with the tailgate closed. I love the long bed

 That's a sexy ass truck!! I was just saying the same thing about the long bed today actually! Wife and I bought some patio furniture on a whim since it was 40% off, and it was amazing being able to shut the tailgate.
