Due to the lower gearing for 5th and 6th I think 4.88's will be in my future one day too. It's a pretty good combo with 33's, and personally, I think the 255/85/r16 is the next tire I will own. KM2s or Coopers is the only choice....tough one.

If I were to buy again I'd go coopers. I've also heard good things about the dick cepeck extreme country in 255s.

Sub'd for awesome pics. Will post mine when installed hopefully in a couple weeks.
White in or out, that is the question.

Since you rim has silver, I saw white out to compliment it, especially on a black truck.

Are those 265/75/r16's? they look rather large there.

Several of my friends here that I've been wheeling with have Coopers. There has only been 1 flat, and I was riding passenger when it happened. He was flogging the hell out of those tires but they were fine, just happened to slide into a really sharp, pointy rock. The same rock claimed 2 more tire in that same convoy of vehicles.

Yes, they are 265/75/r16's. The tires that came on those rims I bought last year, are smaller than stock size, so I think they make the 265s look bigger than they are.

After much deliberation, I ordered these same tires (same size) and am waiting for them to arrive. Good to hear you are pleased with them.

265-75-16 Michelin Defender LTX M/S2's. Don't look anywhere near as awesome as the Cooper STMAXX's I had on there for 2 years.... but the ride is much better and I picked up 2mpg. Truck sees 98% of pavement now with the exception of the gravel / dirt trails to the shooting spots. Kinda want to get some Cooper AT/3's but i just bought these in April

5100's @ .85 in the front and rear and a 7/8 low range block in the rear to keep factory rake. Rides like a dream.

nice:thumbsup: i just got the tires mounted on my new truck a couple hours ago. for keeping everything stock, you'll be happy. the tiny bit of size increase helps the aesthetics in that wheel well ever so slightly.

Finally got my 5100's, OME 884's, and AAl installed and tires installed today. Happy with the results so far. And the tires aren't as noisey as I thought they'd be, so that's a bonus. Screenshot_20170728-203820.jpg IMG_20170728_180013.jpg
