The truck is a 2016 DCSB TRD OR. I have a Relentless Stingray winch mount, BAMF sliders, bedrack for a RTT on order. I carry a dirtbike on the hitch frequently (the carrier jacks up close to the tailgate.)

I'll be running at least 285's (possibly 295's) on 16's.

I do a lot of offroading and camping in the Lake Tahoe area. I will be doing a lot of trips around Nevada, Utah, and Colorado in the future.

I'll be getting at least the Stage 3 with tubular UCA's, but I'm not sure if the Stage 4 or 5 will necessary with the extra weight?

All of those Icon kits are supplied with their add-a-leaf which will be inadequate for your intended loads. You should consider a set of Dakar rear leafs and piece together the rest based on the part numbers listed in each stage. Stage 5 includes the 2.5 rear shocks, a worthy upgrade. Get the hydro bumps as well, or do that later.

Looks like very little thread protrusion on your rear shock upper mount. Is that normal for Icon?

Will the front springs handle the weight of the bumper and winch?

I had a few different set ups on mine. Sort of similar to yours.

If you can swing the funds I'd do stage 5, Dakar springs, and swap to 700# coils.

That's worked really well on mine.

Yes. Supplied directions say to make it even with the top of the nylock nut.

King. Unless you are actively seeking a digressive damping profile.

Because from everything I have read, the Bilsteins don't offer anywhere near the ride or travel the Icon/Fox/Kings do and only lift the truck 2". If I was just going to be traveling a couple miles on dirt roads once in a while or was just going for looks I'd already have the Bilsteins on their way here.

IMG_1006.jpg The speaker hole is so big on my new radio that I literally had to make a support bar so it could print, here's to hoping it doesn't block sound

    (I don't think it will)

Bilsteins > kings/icons (cranked to the max)

Every taco I have been in with kings or icons or fox shocks cranked up has been a terrible ride. Most people just want the cool resivoir above the tire imo

I'm actually emailing a representative from ICON and he told me in a few days they are releasing a leaf pack for all the stage lifts they have which is good for you since you do plan to tow.
