I'm selling my motorcycle if anyone is looking. I don't hop on the forum a bunch so getting ahold of me through the OfferUp or Craiglist page is gonna be better. I'll try and check the thread though.

    https://offerup.com/item/detail/296...t_source=srch8fa8ae456da84074bb3484de8e1331b4

    https://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/mcy/6187883500.html (most photos)

This bike has been great! I'm only selling it because I bought a new pickup and wouldn't mind the extra money. I don't need to sell.

650R has a nice ride height, comfortable position and very smooth.
Tires and brakes are good, fluids are clean.

The bike does have a **Restored Salvaged Title** from the previous owner. When I got the bike, I immediately took it to inspections and it passed with no problem. The bike rides/runs as if nothing ever happened.

The previous owner sent me photos of the bike and what was replaced (which I still have). It was all cosmetic plus needing a new radiator. I have included the pictures he sent me of replaced parts and the damage.

I've been very happy with this bike and will miss her. Let me know if you have any other questions. Give me a call or send me a text (prefer text, in case I'm unable to answer the phone) 6o2-6seven2-One7four7

6 of these style wheels...no tpms, no center caps. $80. Like cmack, these are taking up space in the already overloaded garage. Thanks!

Have my exceptional Kawasaki '98 KLR250 dual sport up for sale. Looking to get into a quad to ride with my wife, something we'll both enjoy.

This KLR250 is in great condition throughout, having had just 3 owners, all of whom took excellent care of the bike. It's been garaged its entire life, with factory recommended service intervals carefully observed.

It has some scratches (Arizona pin stripes) on its plastic parts, but nothing's broken and it's without dents, scratches or breaks on its tank, frame, handle bars, mirrors, front end and instrument cluster. Everything works as the factory designed it to; gauges, electronics, lights, turn signals, brakes, clutch, etc.

It's powered by a four-stroke, DOHC, four-valve, single cylinder engine displacing 249cc. It has a UNI air filter, a Keihin CVK34 carburetor upgraded with a DynoJet performance kit, and runs a compression ratio of 11.0:1.

This bike comes with upgraded suspension components front and rear, a free flow exhaust system, a Immix Racing cargo rack with a Kolo Sports cargo bag. It also comes with a complete KLR250 service manual, a new oil filter still in the box, and assorted other bits related to the upkeep and maintenance of the bike.

Kawasaki manufactured the KLR250 from 1984 to 2005, with only minor changes during the model run. Power output is rated at 23 to 28 horsepower from 1984 to the 2005, depending on the model year and the factory installed cam for that year. The US military used the KLR250 for recon and messenger service for a number of years, rating it an "outstanding battlefield performer." So there's no question that it's a more than capable machine regardless of what's asked of it - whether it's local commuting or trail riding!

Power is transmitted with a 6 speed gear box to a chain driven final drive. The KLR's brakes include a front hydraulic actuated disc and a rear drum. Starter is kick and the engine typically fires on either the first or second try. Front suspension is with Air-adjustable hydraulic telescopic forks, and the rear suspension is a UNI-TRAK single-shock system. Front tire is a 3.00 x 21, and the rear is a 4.60 x 17. The KLR250's length is 84.3 in, with a seat height of 33 in, and a wheelbase of 55.7 in. Its dry weight is 258 lb. Fuel capacity is 2.9 US gal. Engine oil capacity is 2 liters @ 10w40 semi-synthetic. Fuel efficiency is estimated at +/-70 miles per gallon.

You could buy a new 250cc dual sport for three or four times more than what I'm asking for this outstanding KLR, but you'd still not have much more in the way of real world service and dependability than you'd have with this excellent machine! It's well worth what I'm asking for it, and I'm not looking for low ball offers - so don't ask.

Any questions call George at 480-560-7094. Thanks for looking, and ride safely at all times!
