Glad you asked this I am in need of a new muffler. I found that the pipe going into my converter has rusted through where it connects. It's getting louder by the mile.

Dynomax super turbo for mellow sound and the best performance or flow master for loud sound and a decrease in performance

x2 on the magnaflow for great sound... ive got the same muffler on mine. I love it, sounds good but doesnt have the drone on the highway and gives a pretty good boost in power and i saw 2mpg increase. on hills i needed to drop to 4th i can stay in 5th now.

James 3492 you have a v6. it wont sound the same on your truck...

I recommend The Flowmaster Super 44...it'll give you truck the meanest sound a 2.7L can have. I've got a Super 44 and it sounds mean!

my neighbor has a flomaster 44 on his 2.7. its really loud and raspy. almost sounds ricey and the hum on the highway eats into your soul after 30minutes of driving. magnaflow is nice sound loud enough to hear if you jump on it and quiet enough you dont notice it on the highway, unless you step on it...
