    OMG......o_O:anonymous: My head feels like it took a direct hit from multiple fireworks.....:facepalm: How much beer did I drink? :cheers::cheers:

    Our little town really gets into New Years Eve and 4th of July.... It usually reminds me of live fire training while I was at Ft Sill.....That said, we were making enough noise and commotion the police showed up to tell us to "calm it down a notch". We invited the officers back after their shift ended for a few cold one's. They declined. :hattip: A bunch of 50-somethings creating enough noise to get the Popo involved! :bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: :drunk::drunk::drunk::drunk::drunk::drunk::drunk:

    Fun was had by all.....so I was told. :amen:

    Feeling proud of our accomplishments! :boom:

    After an evening to rest and recover, round II tomorrow night! (After visiting the fireworks stand for "5 for the price of 3 sale"! )

    It's been almost 40 years since I managed to get the law called for partying to too hard! I am so freekin' proud right now! :oldglory:

    So. I just sat down to eat lunch. An envelope slides under the door. By the time I get the door open, no one in sight. When I open it (expecting anthrax) I found two $100 bills and a Cabela's gift card. A note also.....thanking me for all the hard work yesterday setting up the fireworks show. (Last night)
