I use the same on my knee. Seems to relax things and calm the pain, if that makes any sense.

 2nd Good Morning to you all.

    Today's plan:
    1) Breakfast at Black Bear Diner
    2) Harbor Freight Tools 4th of July Sale
    3) Back home early as possible
    4) Rest of day with my family poolin' & chillin' & grillin' ...

Cap off the evening with some backyard fireworks.

    :oldglory:

When I bought my Tacoma 7 yrs ago, I had in mind to keep the Honda Accord I was driving at the time as my commuter car for work and keep miles off the Tacoma; my wife was adamantly opposed to keeping three vehicles, and quoted all the upkeep stuff. She told me, "if you wear out your truck, we'll just buy another one." With my 3 trailers at the time, I think she just didn't want the clutter of an additional vehicle parked at the house. At one time when both boys were still home, we had 5 vehicles plus the trailers.

... but a '97 Tacoma as a "farm type" utility vehicle...I might fight to keep that one. What does one of them Gators cost anyhow?
You should, for Pete's sake, it's your nation's birthday. :smack:

    :rimshot:

    :amen: Brother :fistbump:

I gotta agree with Chris here @Kevin

    Morning all, Happy 4th! :oldglory:
Hasta be Shasta. We had the same view a week and a half ago, highway 5 heads directly towards it and swings around to the west side.

Just below Red Bluff? That's alot of driving.
Avoid Lassen, the highway is still closed through the park.

Edit: actually if you enter from the south entrance you can see the volcanic stuff. We came in from the north and didn't see any.

@Kolunatic , giving this some thought over my morning coffee here ... as a guy who owns a 6x6 UTV huntin' rig, I put as much upkeep time and money into that rig as what I think you'd have to put into that '97 Tacoma. My gut conscious is screamin' "keep the Taco." FWIW IMGOBO :)

Thanks Andy, I kinda needed that this morning ... didn't sleep so well last night honestly. The worry of it all is weighing on my mind some. I find it curious the boy awoke yelling literally "Grandma" ... :(
We'll get through it, they're great kids.

    Thanks Brother. :fistbump:

I agree. I have access to all the utv's and atv's at work and they take as much or more maintenance than a truck.

Good morning. Woke to phone going off at 5:30, yep on call. Managed to season my screens for the smoker after that so far today.

    seasoning pizza screens.jpg

Hopefully get to use them in a few hours without further interruption today.

Getting ready to make a run to home depot.

Hey missing the brass monkey on the bottom! Although don't think have to worry about the cannon balls rusting to the bricks so guess really don't need it. But then you can't say it is cold enough to freeze the balls off the brass monkey...
