Sorry guys this is a re-post, I just learned how I should post pics. This is my new fishing pole holder from Berkley.

 

Need to have this hidden due to where I work.....Painted a strap hinge black and mounted the xm mounting kit to it. The unit just slides out when I get out of the truck.

I'd say my most unique mod is my painted interior pieces..

Black around the air vents;

 

i attempted this turned out like crap so i took off the paint

 

It took me about 5 times to do the center piece where the gear shifter is and it took me 2 times to do the air vents. I still don't think the center piece is perfect but I'm ok with it.

 

My newest unique mod: Retro grill

 

why would you want a metal pole going through your a/c vent your going to loose all the cold air

It's just there to cover my actual plate.

All I did was take 2 taillight harnesses off of some old lights and used the brake light sockets for the turnsignal bulbs.

The third lead allows you to illuminate the lower beam of the turn signal bulb. I just tapped into the tail light power for constant illumination. I guess you could wire in a remote switch if you wanted to be able to turn them on and off.

Now, there is some modification to the sockets and lights that needs to be done due to the notch size on the sockets, but it's minimal and was done quickly and easily with a ulility knife.

I can pull the lights out and take a few shots if you would like.
