    Evening all:
    That would have been a fitting name for years, but this year you could say I'm in a slump! :(

    When it comes to something like this I am very persistent, they aren't going to get away with not honoring the warranty they tried to get out of initially before the FTC stepped in! It can't be any plainer, they will replace or reimburse me for the battery whenever I need one for as long as I own the car with current registration and insurance! Looking forward to going through this again about 6-7 years from now! ;) :laughing:
    Remember when the company in FL decided they were not going to refund my money for a product I returned, and they said I didn't return it even though I had proof of the return, and I kept pushing it and contacted the FL state attorney generals office, I got my money back! That was a PITB, but I'll be darned if I was going to let that company STEAL my money and get away with it!
