But my situation is EVEN better because SOS Concepts shipped my sliders through a 3rd party who I have never heard of and I'm just waiting on their call saying they are ready for pickup. I've bitten all of my finger nails down to stubs, precious.

No it is Fastenal but I had never heard from them before. I was in contact with someone from their office, but the waiting still sucks.

 

oh yea, they do suck for tracking. Which one is closest for you? The Sterling one is for me. I was calling every day. The girl at the front desk recognized my number from the caller ID, after a couple calls haha!

 

They told me it was going to one in Manassas.

 

I would call them. Someone said Fastenal had received them, but never called the receiver for a few weeks. When the receiver realized it had been a couple months he called. *note* this was NOT Manassas though
