I actually started the process of straightening that skid by putting one edge on a piece of 6X6 timber, then driving a wheel of my tractor on it to mash the middle down almost 3".....THEN using the hydraulic press to make subtle bends. It fits like a new one now. Old man driving tactics lessen the impact and/or frequency of said impacts to skid area. Moral of story; Drive slow. Stay in the back of the line and observe where young bucks do body damage and then alter course accordingly.

Wife and I decided to sell our house. We made an offer on another house today and I won't be able to order until after we get moved into it.

Call a HVAC company to come check it out and have it as a clause in your contract. Ours passed inspection and has now leaked all the R22 out that the previous owners crammed in there to get it through closing. $7200 later and we should have a new top of the line Trane system installed this week. :bananadead::puke::rant:

Did you buy from owner, or through real estate agent?

Through our agent. The system was/is 20 years old. We expected to be replacing it within the next 5 years but not this soon. It is what it is I guess. It froze over on us the other day and has always ran to death to keep the house at 72*. The filter was dirty but not awful. New filter, cleaned the evaporator and unclogged the condensate line (we had water running out of the overflow when it was thawing). Got everything dried/thawed out and it kept freezing up on the bottom 1/3. The guy immediately noticed the oil in the bottom of the condenser. Some soapy water showed a leak somewhere in the fins and one leak on a coil. It was going to be $1200 for a new condenser and then the R22. The evaporator core frame had a lot of corrosion when I moved it to unclog the tray the water collects in. Basically everything was barely holding on.
