acetone or paint thinner to clean and prep before paint gets all that shipping/packing crap off.

 

Yeah that'd work, probably overkill. Denatured alcohol would work too.

 

then I used 3 coats primer and then 3 coats bed liner and it turned out great.

 

I'll give em a good wipe down. I was going to try to get a coat of primer on tonight but it looks like it could rain any second. Not having a garage sucks.

 

I hear ya. I'm moving from a townhouse with a garage to a house without a garage. That's going to be dearly missed.
