    Congrats on the Job. Now you given out any good recipes soon? Cooking is a lot of fun. I do it a lot at home with cast iron cookware. especially camping.
    Thats a great honor to be the head chef for people that come from all over the world since its at a Hotel.:D

    thanks!! I have posted many in the food section of TW :)

    This gig is going to be very cool, its not going to be overwhelming, but the kitchen has everything I need! It's just a small Bistro open for breakfast & Dinner with some large group meetings often. I'll have around 7 employees.
