I have one. Never used it. Wasn't really liking the placement of the gauges.

Ok well you asked for a quality OEM replacement gauge. That or the Lotec pod A pillar is about all you're gonna get. Pretty much the only thing on the market that is strictly bolt in. Anything else is gonna be custom stuff. Also, Don't know where else you would mount it that won't replace an already used slot in the dash...

@gersus has already inquired about it. Right now it is in storage as I am in between homes, but once I get moved and unpacked, if he passes I will keep you in mind.

Any of you guys find a good write up on dropping the fuel tank?

I've seen people say removing the bed is easier when doing the fuel pump. Guess they have less junk to remove from their beds than I do...

Woot! Just got tracking number for my UCON.

All I have is a Leer 100XQ and a tool box. But even without that, stuff it was pretty easy to drop the tank. A couple fuel lines, a few hoses, one electrical connector and a couple bolts.

Less than 20 minute job to drop it. The key is to do it when the tank is almost empty. Mine was completely full, so it took some time for my transfer pump to get all the fuel out.

Oh, good, thank you. I read somewhere that you needed special tools to separate the fuel lines. Guess that's not the case.

No special tools really. There's a hose clamp on the filler neck that's like a 10mm or 8mm.

Next to that there's a smaller plastic line that has a connector you can push together with your fingers to release.

The fuel lines underneath are similar, you squeeze the tabs together and pull them apart.

Then there's a larger hose near the back of the tank that goes to the charcoal canister that is also the squeeze and pull type. I found it easier to just disconnect it at the canister rather than at the tank because it was easier to snake my arm and hand up in there at the canister end.

Here's a pic of the tank removed for reference:
(the top of the pic is the rear of the truck, if that makes sense)

Awesome. Thanks again. I spoke with Gadget today. He worked over the holiday to get caught up on UCON orders.

I'm glad Gadget finally was able to get my order out. The timing of the UCON finally showing up works out good because I'm taking next week off work to tinker on the truck and do some other fun stuff I've been putting off. I can add the UCON install to the list.

Nice. I have quite the list too...
I dropped my valve body off at IPT to be reworked today. S/C, UCON, 2.85 Pulley, and fuel pump are being delivered tomorrow.

The headers and cat-back should be shipping soon.

I'm not installing my catch can until I do the cam gears since its a pain to get to one hose connection.

Which one are you going with? If you haven't purchased yet, the Moroso is very solid piece.
