    I own my own business. Electronics home theater cellular repeaters. I once caught AFTER I submitted the quote and customer agreed on a price. I caught 20 mins later that I forgot to add in 7 tvs. It was on a 25,000.00 job. I called customer right away. Told them what happened. And I didn't want to lose there business I was going to take care of it. After job was done the paid me 2 checks 1 for the 25,000.00 and the other 3,500.00 for half the tvs. Now it's not 25.00 but why should I expect the customer pay for my mistake. And this was 7 years ago. And I still have them as customers today. But I tell u I triple check my stuff all the time. Once and won't happen again.

    No 3,500.00 if u can read the whole post. It was my mistake. They paid 3,500.00. How's it funny. It never happened again. I held MYSELF accountable for MY MISTAKE. Nobody wants to be held accountable anymore. Blame everyone else.

    It's an argument that will be endlessly debated. Should the company have honored the deal for $25... sure

    Could have the consumer said no problem and paid the $25...sure

    I have dealt with companies that have messed up and sent me wrong LED's (won't mention who). I got the first shipment in a week. It took them over a month to get me the right stuff. Was I upset? Yes. Did I blast them? No. I didn't feel it was necessary. I still buy products from them because they typically are very easy to deal with.

    Bottom line it really doesn't matter because people are still going to buy from @ragofabrication because they are a good company that cares. Just leave it be.

    Losing money is losing money. My whole thing is yes they may not have a big margin. But he didn't do anything wrong. But she should look at her site and figure out what happened. If she has a programmer and he did something wrong he pays or sue him.
