Has anyone installed this bed mounted bar?

Looks good, however, in talking with the Go Rhino sales desk, the sales agent confirmed the bar mounting tracks must be drilled into the top of the bed. Too bad it does not mount using the OEM bed rail system, omitting the need to drill.

Maybe someone has found a similar bar that mounts to the OEM bed rails?

 

Have you looked into the BackRack. Utilizes the cargo rails, and if you have a tonneau cover they also have the high rise for the feet of the BackRack. Bad part about that though is that you will have to drill.

Magnum Lo Pro is also another nice one, but again with a tonneau, you will need to drill. Without a tonneau you can clamp to cargo rails.

I like that. I guess I would have to get rid of the tonneau cover that I just installed. LOL

 

What's the point of this?
