    So all the Morale Patches I bought this past week with discount codes that were already on sale should not be sent to me? I agree with OP. The sale was made and they screwed up the "fine print" i.e. they had non. I would be mad and find another company wanting my money.

    No its not that. Accountability is all. Maybe the programmer will take his time. Who knows how it happened. The OP was excited that he saved a little bit of money. Then for her (which may be a great person) to say your rack is being made but u oew us xx.xx.
    Should've came back and say look this is what happened but we are still willing to honor the price you got. Me I would've been no mam I'll pay what was messed up. Or at least paid half.

    I'm hoping at some point @ragofabrication jumps in and can give OP an explanation. Even with my biased opinion towards Melissa and the company she works for, who's to say they come out with a new product that I love and no one else makes... I would purchase it either way. But talking it out is what's needed. You've buckshot'ed Rago OP, now let them recover, investigate, and conclude the shenanigans.

    Honestly, if 25 was a deal breaker, 12.50 probably is also.

    Ive been in customer service for over a decade and one of the things that struck home was, dont say "unfortunately" when you cant deliver. It feels like a cop out to me, there are better ways to say there was a mess up and that you cant fix it.

    I agree the OP could have chosen better words, but Vendor could have also. Fact is, OP got an automated variant of bait n switch and he told his story. There were much better ways to resolve this on both sides but unfortunately, internet "reviews" are now used in ways they werent meant to be.

    I don't have a rule book for it but the companies know that product gets destoryed, stolen, literally lost in transit. All the numbers are driven for max profit to help with that loss.
