its a nice tent, you can drive with the sucker at 40mph down the road, however, im actually switching to another new model soon.....dunno if i will like it over the current tent but who knows

I had that same issue for awhile. Eventually I just got some heavy duty zip ties and made them tight at the very top of the shock body, so they didn't slide at all. Never had an issue after that.

 

I hate parking garages.......and yes you need to ditch the ford and come back to the darkside bro!!!

 

I'm pitching a tent just looking at that thing.

 

ive seen those tents, nice but not enough room for me. my current one is nice, tall people can sit up straight, or stand up and fit if you're an asian gal. The new tent im switching to is not yet available on market and is similar to the current one in terms of folding mechanics

 

I'm seriously considering it.... I bought the Ford for $14,500. I put $500 into it.... I can get close to $20k - 22k for it down here in VA...

 

if you were on the east coast, Id buy your current one!

 

lol it wont be mine to sell, fsr is taking it back but id imagine it would run around 1k or less maybe. Havent had it for a full season and the annex has never been opened

 

tell them someone in VA is very interested!

 

I feel like with any RTT for me an annex would be a requirement.

 

this annex though is light was a big turnoff when i looked at it. Its 2/3 the size of my truck and has 3 possible awnings.....

 

As soon as I get it nice and polished up again I'll let you know. Government résumés are weird, nothing like when I was private sector.
